Do you show up to the final walkthrough?
As a seller, do you typically show up to the final walkthrough of one of your listings...I've gotten mixed messages from various buyer's agents if I am there.

Not usually as a sellers agent, always as a buyers agent.

I think it's nice when a seller is present during the final walk-through to be able to answer any questions on operating mechanical items. Some sellers are at the property during final walk-through, some aren't. I've really never had any problems either way.

I rarely attend the final walk-through when representing the Seller.

Maybe I read the question differently. Boulder wrote, "as a seller". Maybe he did mean seller's agent. I do not go to a final walk-through for my listings.

I should have been more clear...re-reading my question, I actually ask from the standpoint of the seller and the seller's agent - sorry for the confusion. I appreciate the feedback on both positions

Not if I'm representing the seller unless it is requested that I be there by the seller. If you are the seller, I would be there to answer any final questions the buyer may have... They always ask how the pool works..

We do not have too many "final walk throughs" b/c many of my clients are from out of state as are many of the buyers. I actually can't remember the last final walkthrough. I assume this is normal for beach/resort areas like Galveston.
