looks good, but you should get the site into the middle of the screen. that way for a person who uses a larger size screen you dont have all that space to the right. Also you should exchange links. but i like the yellow and grey, looks good.

i knew you weren't because you didn't have a reciprocal links or preferred partners page on your site. Exchanging links is a key strategy in ranking in search engines such as Google. a back link counts as a vote for your site. the more back links the better. you want all backlinks to be from relevant sites. the link to you should be on a page that is cached by google. in your link anchor text is very important. If you don't know about any of this, write me back and I'll send you some articles on it.

Yeah I knew there are validation errors... but just too lazy to do anything about it.
Anyway how many real estate sites out there are actually using CSS-based layout? I haven't seen any. Jason, it would be great if you can send me the link to those articles! Thanks! |

all of mine are using css, and anybody that is getting serious. i think most advanced access sites are now using css.
