Default Opinion on Cyberprop.com

Hi everyone

Thought this would be a good place to kick of by getting some professional opinions on the website I do SEO for. www.cyberprop.com The site has been around for quite some time and is built dynamicaly using Foxpro as backend. We have done some onpage optimization and built some backlinks but needs lot's more in my opinion. So let the critics roll

Mmmmmmm, the site is alive and kicking... Do you have a problem accessing it from Fl or is it giving you a specific error?

Looks like it offers a lot but, and this is just my personal opinion, it is a cold looking site that reminds me more of a portal than an easy-to-use, easy-to-navigate site that I would want to stay on. I believe this is a larger site and not specific to one agent which would explain the lack of "warm fuzzies" I get when I land on a good agent site.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that if I were an average web surfer looking for local real estate I would find this site too busy and too confusing to stay on it. The tiny font would also make me leave. Plus, it looks like you're showing listings for sale but you're also trying to sell pda's to real estate agents. Too much going on.

Hi Judyo

Yes this is indeed a portal with about 800 estate agents updating it with property daily. So you feel the usability in terms of retention of visitors might be complicated? Please by all means be honest!

It looks like a site geared toward agents and helping them list. As a real-estate "searcher" might not realize it's a tool for them to find houses until they really read... The purpose of the site is not clear...maybe if the headlines seperated the information better, making it clear that the following is "for agents' or "for buyers". The intro paragraph could be split up to help avoid confusion.

also...edit the first paragraph I know its for SEO, but people should ultimaely be reading it, not just bots:

"With the click of a button we will provide visitors to this website with a wide selection of property for sale and property to rent in residential properties"

Oh and the pda section is wack (unless you are really selling lots them)... All I know is that it throws me off a little. Other than all that, It's awesome I bet it will rank well.
