Hi builderBlueprint,
I really like the style of the site. I like the header image that is blended in aswell as the icons you have for the navigation. The virtual tour is really well done and add's a little more class to your site. Only thing is there might be to much black there but thats my personal opinion as i dont like to much black on any site. I think if you had a white/blue background it would make it more appealing. Other than that it's really good. Good job, Stevie.

I think it's a nice looking site.
Persoanlly, I like black background websites depending on the content. I find black on websites to look elegant and sophisticated, so I am biased ![]() In this case though I'd have to agree, it's a bit too dark. While I understand the use of the blue text, it bothers my eyes on the dark background. But then again I'm old and going blind I like the icons, although I may have selected a few different ones for the Virtual tours and web development, again personal preference. And I absolutely love the Virtual tours and the navigation of the demo! I would love to do this with some of my upscale listings. Good luck!

I do not like black sites at all. The light font on the black is difficult for me to read. Also, the font under the icons on top looks blurred to me. I can barely read the grey font at all.
I like every one of the header photos except the blurred out house (or whatever that illusion is named). That is exactly the opposite of what I'd want a home photo to look like in a still photo or a virtual tour. I think you'd be better served using a nice, crisp looking photo. I do like the flash in the content section of the home page. I like the tour demo but the flash tour on that page moves a bit fast. I think slowing that down would be more calming and inviting.

The graphics are very professional looking and the site is easily navigable. However, I'm not a big fan of "totally" dark sites!
What you could do is have a lighter shade for the background. Or, instead of using black use a medium-dark to dark gray.Other comments:

Thank You all for the comments I have already changed the home page header to a flash slideshow, and I am working on getting the form up and running. The icon labels will be larger as well to avoid the blurriness.
As for the darkness, I think I'm just going to roll with it because if I change the background behind the text it makes hard edges on the top and sides and doesn't flow with the side navbar or the header image. Thanks for all of the feedback everyone. I really appreciate it.
