I need a price on a new website template, with hosting.

I want it to have almost the exact same access and functionality as jennifermackay.com (it is one of our other personal domains) with a few slight changes:

Different colors - haven't picked them yet
No picture in the header

The domain name is www.forsaleinpanamacity.com

No hurry, when you get around to it. I won't be ready to pay for it for a few more weeks anyway.
