From an SEO standpoint, I see a couple of on-page items that could be improved.

1. Keywords - The words Real Estate do not appear on the page - an extreme oversight, I believe.
2. The title tag is too long, and unfocused - shoot for 68 characters or less.
3. Meta keywords tag is too long, and unfocused - no words should appear in the keywords metatag, that do not appear in the body text - this can be perceived as spamming.
4. Title words should appear in body text - some of your title words don't appear at all in the body text - not good.
5. The immediate redirect can be a problem - and there is NO navigation from http://neveleworks.net/
6. I cannot find any links to this page.

Just some musings from an old blow-hard SEO addict. But I have had some success. I do like your colors, sizes, contrast, graphics and overall style. I love text that is easy to read. And nothing FLASHING at me - a huge plus.
