Jessie, based on our previous conversation I am assuming these would be separate billings correct? One to you for your site, and one to c21 smith for their site?

I just want to be clear (And need you to be) when you are making requests, to identify who is requesting this (You) or (Century 21 Smith) or (Both) as we will need to know where to send the bill when the work is complete (If approved)

I am going to say Josh's quote is a little high but a good # because he is told to always inflate quotes just to make sure clients are prepared for the worst and then happily surprised when they get the bill, I would say it would be an hour or an hour and a half in reality.

Guestimates are supposed to be high That way you arent surprised by the bill when it comes ;-)

In reality you are probably looking at an hour per site - but anyways, if you know how to change them, by all means, just remember, you break it you buy it
