I need to make some cosmetic changes to my template, and wanted to get an estimate.

1) Change color of left NAV bar to a darker blue (perhaps to match the darker blue to the left of the slideshow.

2) Change the color of the off page left and right areas. perhpas a dark gray or burgundy?

3) More contrast in the colors when the mouse rolls over a button.

4) Can the "paragraph" font be a size larger or bolder?

My site has always looked a little "washed out" with the light colors. I would like the colors and the text to be bolder and to "pop" more.
