I like the CSS design of your san diego site. did you know however that the links on the san diego homes site aren't working on the left margin? They're all going to anchor links that don't exist. Maybe that is a new SEO technique I don't know about. I helped design the first realty site and also work as a part time loan agent and some real estate too. The san diego real estate market was pretty hot the past few years but it's still not too bad. I guess California real estate in general is always a good bet as you know.

I'm developing a real estate MLS system to help you upload your own listings to your website. It requires only one line of code. The interface is hosted on my site so you don't have to pay for extra storage space for the images, pages, etc. Let me know if you are interested.

AS for MLS.. I paid about $170 to Sandicor and they gave me a frame site... But thanks anyhow!

Nice. What neighborhoods do you concentrate in San Diego? I am working with a broker out in La Mesa and El Cajon, but I live in Pacific Beach / La Jolla.
