Working on integrated stats as we speak. definately not as easy as i thought but should be done by friday and released in new version (fingers crossed)

I noticed this was pulished back in 2004, did you have second thoughts on giving us direct access to uploading pictures directly in to the flash presentation?

Wow, that would be fantastic if we could upload our own photos into the slideshow. I think having the same photos for too long can become boring, even though with websites you're probably getting more new people than repeats. It still would be nice to be able to add a new shot you just took or get rid of one you just don't like much.

I did it to my site (uploaded one of my own pics). I think I got the ftp address and password and just uploaded a picture with the same file name as the existing picture.

I have ftp access to my site but I couldn't figure out where to upload the slideshow photos. I guess if I could figure that one out I'd be able to do it myself as I have changed headers on my blogs (not slideshow headers).

There is a slideshow file but it's just php code (or some kind of code). I guess I'll have to find more images folders as I'm sure that's where the slideshow images are. I guess I have to dig deeper.

Next question would be, is there a limit on total amount of images that can be used? I realize I have to size the images in accordance with what is already used.

Kyle, did you also optimize your image to make it lighter in pixels or isn't that necessary?

My images were in the only folder I could see on my side of the server (I don't think you get full access to the root), it was in the folder named "slide", which has 10 images in there.
Yes, I used Fireworks to optimize the image size. IMO you should make the file as small as possible but you don't want it to look blurry.
