Default Default settings

I have a work order currently in process. There are two parts to it. One includes changing the default settings on the Get new listings form. Could you put a rush on that portion. It is embarrassing to have to call back clients to confirm they ment to ask for a condo or if it was just the default setting.

Can you post a link to your request, I am not sure what the specifics of the work order are, or do you happen to know who it was assigned to?

Not sure who it was assigned to but nothing is getting done. Just got another customer who registered on the site and I have to call them back to say " I'm having a difficulty with my site could you clarify your search criteria?"

I am very happy with the site and how it is working so far. I am not happy that it takes 5 months to have a couple changes made. If these changes are something I can do let me know. Also I would like the change made to my featured listings ASAP too. I told my customer a coupler months ago that I would get the changes made. He is still asking when?????

Sorry for the Delay, im not sure how that happened. I will make sure that this gets resolved for you Asap. I see now why this was delayed. Aaron left a quote for you in that last thread and there was no reply as to whether we should start. Generally, our staff is told to not do anything until a quote has been approved by the client. I take it you approved the quote given to you? Here is what Aaron quoted:

Programming is charged out at $100 per hour for new clients.
Existing and past clients were quoted $50 per hour.

So I am going to say,

Final Quote is 2 hours at $50 /hour. = $100
Aaron will you please confirm if this quote is still valid?

Actually if you go to page two of that link/work order you will see I said go ahead a couple times and also gave the specifics you will need for the work order. I also just posted in the template support a problem I've discovered with my features page. I don't get to the forum as much as I would like to check progress, but thanks for the help.

I apologize for the delay in getting this done. I have completed the changes to the listings manager, added an inquire form link to the details page for your featured listings.
I have also added the Contact Manager to your CMS, which will capture the information that is being submitted in your contact forms. Just click on the “Contacts” link in your CMS.
Thank you for your patience, If there is anything that you would like to see different from what I have done, just let me know and I will adjust for you.

Thanks for getting the work done, it is working great. I think you missed a default setting from the get listings form, under price it is still defaulting to under 100,000 and should be Choose. You had also mentiond about working on the text clarity for the inquire section of the featured listings.

I gave your name out today to another guy from our office who is doing a site this fall. How would that work if we both had the same web designer trying for placement for both of us?

I have Fixed the remaning default setting, and made the text bold on the inquire form...
It seems to be a bit clearer.
