I have talked to our design and programming teams and they say it will take about four (4) hours of effort to achieve what you have provided as an example.

The following link is an example of an agents page we have already done, this would not be the final look of your product but the basic functionality will give you an idea of what it will do.Of course we will try to match exactly what you have provided as well as a way to update the listings.
