Default Canadian investments-Should we incorporate?

We have a principal residence and one rental property. We are considering purchasing another property which will be a rental. Should we put all income producing properties into an icorporated company in order to minimize the capital gains when we sell them? or should we not declare income or deduct any expenses and deal with teh Cap gains when we have to?
