I just noticed on Marc's site that he has it to where if you click on an abbreviated description of a condo complex it takes you to a more detailed page with the current listings showing up on the page.

That is way cool and would like to order that "add-on" along with the Google Map search.

Anthony is working on your IDX right now, its a pretty complicated RETS system but hopelly will have something to show you this week (Anthony, dont make me put my foot in my mouth

Once we have the basic (Search, listings, details, lead capture etc) we can work on the fluff stuff like mapping, or other add ons

I ran across one from the same Tempo software from First American that you did ( I think in Florida) anyway, it looked really good. Long story short, I haven't seen anything you've done I didn't like.

I have a feeling I can save some time if I can get a map of the MLS search "Areas" to you for the way I would like it displayed/searched. It reduces the options geographically and simplifies it for the "searcher" and I am guessing for Anthony.

I will email it to you, let me know what you think, or what Anthony thinks about it.

Just an update for those inquiring minds that "view" this thread.

They have the rough draft of most of it completed. It is the absolute "BOMB" and will easily blow all Memphis IDX / Search features out of the water, hands down, no contest!

If you don't yet have a REW IDX, you will want to view some of the Realtors sites listed to the right and check them out. Only order a REW IDX system if you want to exceed above your competition, if being on top scares you, then you should continue to use your "frame-in" patch work.

P.S.-- The system is not up yet, that junk on my site is the standard frame in from the association.
