I have an REW template and would like to have a form for interested folks to fill out to get notified of new listings that get added to the MLS. It would be somewhat similar to your buyer form but thought you might have one that is designed with that in mind. I just need their criteria, name & email address then I input it into our MLS system which will automatically notify them immediately of the new listing based on their desired criteria.

It would be something that is custom (Somewhat) I am going to move this to the work orders forum so someone can give tour a quote on it. Might be half hour or less.

Can you post exactly what fields you want the form to have, also what fields are mandatory and what fields are optional?
