April Updates Are Here—Push Notifications, REW Dialer's Conversations Mapping & More!
The month of April is bringing some exciting updates to REW CRM! The highly anticipated Push Notifications are finally live, plus, we’ve also launched several powerful enhancements, including REW Dialer's Conversations mapping, new lead view fields, updates in Source View, and more. These releases make sure you’re always in the know and ready to take action. Let's dive in!
REW CRM's April product updates.
Enable Push Notifications
Push Notifications are instant alerts that pop up on mobile and desktop devices, keeping agents updated anywhere, in real time. These notifications ensure that important updates never go unnoticed, helping you respond faster and stay on top of key lead activity. These include new lead assignments, when a lead enters Shark Tank (a pool of unclaimed leads), and when new inquiries and form submissions are received.
As an Agent, follow these steps to enable Push Notifications on your REW CRM:
1. Log in to REW CRM’s backend.
2. Go to “Preferences” found in the top right menu option.
3. Click “Notifications” in the dropdown menu beside "Preferences [Edit]."
4. Check the Push Notification box for any of the key lead activities that apply to you.
5. Scroll down and click “Enable Notifications” under the Push Notifications section.
6. A pop-up will appear asking if you want to allow notifications from REW CRM. Click “Allow.”
7. Ensure your browser (we recommend Google Chrome for the best experience) and device settings allow notifications. Also, make sure:
- "Do Not Disturb" mode is turned off.
- Your device permits your browser to send notifications.
8. Once everything is set up, click “Send Test Notification” to confirm it’s working.
9. Click “Save” to apply the changes.
Enabling Shark Tank Notifications for an Agent
If you’re an Agent and don’t see the Shark Tank option for Push Notifications, please reach out to your REW CRM Admin. Admins should follow these steps to grant their agents Shark Tank permission:
1. Head to the Agent Profile.
2. Click “Permissions” in the dropdown menu beside "Agent Summary."
3. Scroll down to the Lead Privileges section.
4. Check the box for “Access Shark Tank Leads.”
5. Click “Save” to enable the setting.
Setting Up Push Notifications on iPhone
If you want to enable Push Notifications on your Android device, simply do the steps above. Please note, however, that iPhone users must add REW CRM to their home screen to enable this feature. Here's how you can do it:
1. Log in to REW CRM in your iPhone's browser.
2. Click the Share button (on Google Chrome, the square with the upward arrow to the right of the URL bar).
3. Scroll down and select "Add to Home Screen".
4. On your iPhone home screen, locate the REW CRM icon.
5. Open it, log in to your account, and follow the above steps to enable Push Notifications.
That's all! When set up, you get instant notifications, and this keeps you connected and responsive to new inquiries and leads.
REW Dialer New Conversations Mapping
With the latest REW Dialer update, every call made through REW Dialer is automatically categorized based on its outcome. Here’s how calls are mapped:
- Conversation – If the agent and lead had an actual discussion which lasted more than two minutes, the call will be logged as a conversation. This will help agents track meaningful interactions that result in a conversion.
- Attempt – If you encountered a failed call connection (a no answer or missed call), this will be logged as an attempt.
- Voicemail – If the call was sent directly to voicemail or lasted less than two minutes, it will be flagged as voicemail.
- Wrong Number – If an incorrect number was called, it will be listed in REW CRM as a wrong number. Use this to keep your database error-free.

If a result needs to be updated, you can manually edit it by doing the following:
1. Head to the Lead Details page.
2. Click "Calls" at the top left corner of the Lead Details page.
3. Locate the call that you want to update and select the "Edit" button.
4. In the pop-up, go to the "Outcome" field and select the correct call result.
5. Add any required notes to provide additional information.
6. Click "Save" to retain the changes.
While you can modify the outcome and insert notes, you cannot alter the initial call duration recorded by the dialer. However, you can delete calls if necessary.
REW Dialer is an add-on feature in REW CRM that enhances lead engagement by streamlining call tracking and follow-ups. If you don’t have it enabled yet, reach out to your Account Manager to learn more about how it can help your team improve response times and conversion rates!
More April Product Updates
Aside from Push Notifications and REW Dialer’s Conversations Mapping, we’ve also been working on several updates to make lead management and tracking even more efficient. Here are the latest updates now available in REW CRM:
1. New Fields for Leads - These fields are available to be displayed in the lead view:
- Lead’s Full Name: A new Full Name and Middle Name field has been added, which will be combined with the Last Name field into a single column in the lead view.
- Lead’s Address on Lead View: Address fields, previously only available on the Lead Details page, are now accessible as columns and filters in lead view.
- Custom Fields on Lead View: Any custom fields—both new and existing—can now be used as columns and filters in lead view.
2. New Lead View Filters - Two new filters have been added to lead view:
- Last Inquiry: Helps track when a lead last inquired.
- Unreplied Inquiry: Quickly identifies leads with unanswered inquiries.
3. Agent-Controlled Unsubscribes - Agents now have the ability to unsubscribe leads from campaigns, saved searches, and text messaging directly from the Lead Details page.
4. Conversation Metrics in Agent Daily Goals - Conversations are now included in Agent Daily Goals, providing better insights into agent engagement and performance.
5. Source View Improvements - The timeline filter now uses the lead created date instead of the source assignment date for more accurate source tracking. Plus, the Source View stat cards now refresh every 15 minutes to keep data more up to date.
6. Clickable Deal Modal in Lead and Source Views - A clickable deal modal has been added to Lead and Source views, making it easier to track and analyze data without navigating away from the page.
