Action Plans ensure that essential tasks like emails, calls, and text messages are consistently executed to nurture leads toward conversion.
REW Text is also essential for team transitions. If agents use a company-owned number, their communication history stays with the company even if they move on. This ensures that critical interactions are preserved and accessible through REW Text and their Twilio account.
Lastly, REW Text enables you and your team to receive instant text notifications about new lead-related activities in REW CRM, guaranteeing you're always up-to-date with important developments such as receiving new leads, inquiries, and form submissions.

Now that you’re familiar with the value of REW Text, it’s time to learn how to use this powerful feature. Here’s how to get started:
Text with REW Text
1. Speak with your Account Manager to set up your Twilio account.
2. Log in to REW CRM once your Twilio account is ready.
3. Navigate to the Leads page and select a lead to text.
4. Click the “Text” button (next to call) to send a text.
5. Alternatively, click on "Texts" in the communication totals to send a text, log texts, and view the text history.
It’s also important to set up notifications so you’re always in the loop. Both admins and agents can use REW Text for notifications, but please contact REW Support first to enable this feature. Once done, here’s a guide on how to set up text notifications on REW CRM:
REW Text Notifications
1. Log in to REW CRM.
2. Click "Preferences" in the top right corner of the menu.
3. Fill out the "Cell Phone" field with an agent's direct mobile number. Notifications will be sent to this number.
4. Click "Save."
5. Go to "Preferences (edit)" at the top and select the drop-down menu.
6. Click "Notifications."
7. Check the REW Text options.
8. Click "Save."
As an Admin, you can also enable these features for your agents by following these steps:
1. Log in to REW CRM.
2. Go to the "Agents" tab on the top menu bar.
3. Click on a specific agent profile.
4. Ensure the "Cell Phone" field is properly filled out with the correct mobile number.
5. Click the drop-down menu beside the "Agent (edit)" button at the top.
6. Select "Notifications."
7. Check the REW Text options.
8. Click "Save."

7. Under the Automated field, select “Yes” and confirm when the task will be due.
