Now let’s discover more about what Custom Layouts actually are and how it can save you valuable time.

The Ins and Outs of Custom Layouts

Custom Layouts simply provides users in the REW CRM with more customization options within the Lead Details section. In short, you can now play around with information panels using the drag-and-drop method, shifting them to other sides of the page, moving them to the top for greater visibility, or hiding them from your display.

Managing Custom Layouts

Remove/hide, add or rearrange Lead details panels to suit your workflow

This feature can be accessed by clicking into any Lead in the CRM, and then navigating to the Settings on the right-hand side. From there, Admins and Agents have the ability to personalize which panels they see. When the Lead Details page suits your personal preferences, you can save the new layout, which will then be applied across all leads for that specific user.

Layouts can be edited, deselected, or deleted at any time. It’s also important to note that this feature is user-specific—that is, if Agent A creates and applies a new layout, it will not be visible to or editable for Agent B. This feature works on an individual user basis, intended to be tailored to everyone’s individual tastes and goals. For an in-depth tutorial on how to use this feature, read our Spring Release blog post.

How Custom Layouts Can Save You Valuable Time & Energy

It takes only a few minutes to curate a new Custom Layout on the Lead Details Page, and the impact is huge.

We all have different ways of compartmentalizing information alongside unique business goals. To put it simply, organizing your custom layout helps cut through the stuff that you don’t need to see, and lay plainly out the information that you do.

For example, a business that is oriented towards specific property types might want to put this panel central or right at the top on the left-hand side, allowing you to access this faster, without searching through all of the other panels. They might also hide some of the panels; Perhaps the Team and Relationships panels are deemed less important.

Or, a very large business that has many different branches or groups might place the Teams panel closer to the top of the page, so that it’s easier to see who is working with this particular lead. They might also prefer to have Deals and Inquiries featured, as well, for ease of convenience.

Hi, everyone. A big part of our 2026 Spring Release is the ability to personalize panel data in the CRM. Custom layouts on the REW CRM's lead details page is a major one that allows for greater customization and organization.

In this video, I'll walk you through how to simply personalize your own layouts through reorganizing panels based on the information most important to your workflow.

So let's get into it. Log into the REW CRM and within the leads home page, page, open up a leads detail page.

Inside of the details page, you will find a new panel labeled custom layout.

Click on the plus new layout button to start managing your layout.

Panels can be moved around if they have a dotted icon to the left side.

Drag and drop the panels to the left, center, or the right of the page.

So let's say for example, I want my leads, listings, inquiries, and deals to be my main focus. I can simply drag these panels to the top center of my screen.

There are no rules to this. Just simply reorganize your layout to suit your workflow.

You can also hide panels by simply clicking on the trash icon to the right side of each panel.

The panel will then be grayed out and this will be hidden or removed from your current layout.

You can add a panel back to your layout by clicking on the plus button.

Once you're happy with your new layout, type in a name inside the text box underneath custom layout.

And finally, hit save.

Your new saved layout will now apply to your lead details page.

You can create as many custom layouts as you like.

And at any time, you can edit your existing layout.

Just head back to the custom layout panel and expand the dropdown.

Click on new layout to create an additional layout, and repeat the steps above.

To make edits to a layout, make sure to select the layout you wanna manage and simply click on edit layout.

Again, edit your panels and save your changes.

You can also delete a layout by clicking on this trash icon.

Keep in mind, once you confirm okay in this pop up alert, it cannot be undone.

If all your custom layouts are deleted, your lead details page will revert to its default layout.

One last thing to note, each agent profile in the CRM can customize their own lead details page, but your layouts cannot be viewed by other agents.

And once you've set up your custom layout, these changes will be applied upon opening all lead profiles.

And that's about it for custom layouts on the lead details page.

Organize your lead view to match your workflow.
