We understand how crucial effective lead management is to your success, which is why we've revamped REW CRM's Lead Details page. Our goal is to simplify your workflow and provide everything you need in one place, making it easier to track, manage, and engage with your leads.

The Reason for the Update

One of the key reasons for revamping the Lead Details page is to improve the mobile experience within REW CRM. While our clients have loved their experience with the REW app, more than 95% of our users access the CRM through a browser, making it clear that enhancing the mobile view of the CRM is a top priority.

Optimizing the mobile browser version instead of the app saves costs and allows us to allocate more resources toward developing new features. Typically, we release powerful updates to REW CRM every 2-3 months, and constantly updating the app to support these features can become time-consuming. Additionally, Apple's frequent iOS updates require apps to constantly adapt, meaning more time would be spent maintaining the app instead of pushing forward with valuable R&D.

We know how busy and constantly on-the-go agents are, which is why we're committed to ensuring REW CRM supports them wherever they are. By focusing on the CRM's mobile functionality, we're making sure you and your team have access to all the tools you need anytime, anywhere.

What's New

REW CRM's new Lead Details page introduces updates to help you review, contact, and take action on leads more efficiently. Here are some of the key updates and features you should check out:

  • Communication Totals: At the top of the screen, you can view communication totals (calls, emails, texts, inquiries, messages) for quick reference.
  • Redesigned Lead Information: The new format allows quick access to phone numbers and emails with click-to-call or email functionality. The Quick Notes feature was also added so agents can easily edit or add notes while on mobile.

  • Prominent Contact Panel: The lead's preferred contact method and home address are now immediately displayed, giving agents easy access to crucial information.
  • Collapsible Lead Activities: The revamped design enables you to easily scroll through all lead activities with expandable sections, including: Engagement, Activity, Action Plans, Listings, Searches, Notes, Inquiries, Deals, Events, Basics, Contact, Team, Relationships, Groups, Tags, and Motivations.
  • Activity Line Graph: This new feature visually shows key dates, such as when the lead joined, their last visit, and the last touch. Additionally, you can filter the lead activity by person, activity, and date.

  • Lead Basic Information Panel: This panel now has an "Edit Basic" button for quick updates on a lead's status, stage, referrer, budget, buyer commission, visits, notifications, and subscriptions.
  • Mobile-Friendly Action Plans: Tasks within action plans have been redesigned to be more accessible on mobile devices.
  • Listings Totals: We've added Listing totals on the new lead details page, showcasing a lead's inquiries, favorites, views, and agent recommendations.
  • Saved Searches: This panel displays saved, recommended, or trending searches for each lead.
  • Inquiries Panel Update: Listing images in the inquiries panel are now expanded, with added buttons to view listings and respond to inquiries.
  • Enhanced Deal Card Information: Key deal details such as outcome, close date, sold price, and commission are now included.
  • Quick Notes Management: You can now easily add, edit, or delete quick notes and control their visibility to other agents or just yourself.
  • Event Information: Key event details related to leads are more visible, with updated action buttons to edit, delete, or mark events as complete.
  • New Lead Relationships Feature: An exciting addition to the new Lead Details page is the Lead Relationships feature, which lets you link leads by relationships, such as family or business connections. More enhancements are coming, including establishing two-way relationships and streamlining email communication based on these connections.
