It’s integral to stay on top of the trends, and with the increasing usage of AI by users online, we’re introducing a tool that helps you stay ahead. This new feature is geared specifically towards SEO and online search visibility. We talked briefly about how SEO isn’t going anywhere—no matter how popular AI gets. Instead, this "Search Everywhere Optimization" is evolving to better align itself with the modern search intent of users.
Creating original content hasn’t changed, but the way we go about it just might! Now let’s dive into this exciting new feature.

What Is NORÉ?
NORÉ is just one of our new features that we’re rolling out with our latest release. An acronym for “[Unspecified streaming platform that starts with the letter N] Of Real Estate”, NORÉ helps you take transcripts from videos and turn them into original content using AI.
This tool automatically comes with a Videos page, Snippet carousels, and generated video pages for SEO purposes—designed in a simple layout that mimics a certain popular movie and television streaming platform. Let’s take a look at how it all works!

A Quick NORÉ Walkthrough
You will be able to find NORÉ within the Content section of the CRM. There will be a tab on the left-hand side (between Navigation and Blog Posts) for quick and easy access.

When you click on the NORÉ tab, you will be able to see all of your uploaded videos, as well as your categories (which will pop up as different carousels on your Videos page). As an important note, videos can only be uploaded from either YouTube or Wistia at this time, so it is advisable to cross-post them on one of these options in order to use this feature.
Clicking on a video (or adding a new one to your site via the blue “+” button on the right-hand side) can allow you to edit the following:
- Video Title
- Platform and Video ID (the custom string at the end of the URL)
- Button URL and Button Text
- Chapters (Timestamps & Title)
- Description
- Thumbnail Image
- Length (of video)
- Link (to video on your site, which is automatically generated)
- Overlay Text
- Tags
- Transcript
- Watch Page
- Location

The information filled out in these sections will be used for SEO and design purposes. The location should be set to the location that the video was shot at—not the location of your business or office (unless this is applicable). Additionally, when a new video is added, it will create a custom snippet code that you can add to any CMS page, embedding the video.

When a new video is added to NORÉ, a Watch page will be generated. The URL can be found within the Link section. To find the URL of the video’s Watch page, add the generated Link text after /videos/.
For example, if your video title was New Listing 100 Maple Street, your Link might be new-listing-100-maple-street, and your Watch page would be viewable at mywebsite.com/videos/new-listing-100-maple-street.
Creating Content With NORÉ
The purpose of NORÉ is to help you generate content from your videos. Once you have uploaded your video to either YouTube or Wistia, you can go into NORÉ and add it to your website. These video hosting platforms automatically create a transcript for you when you upload. To create content from this, simply copy and paste this transcript into the Transcript section within NORÉ.
From here, NORÉ can write different pieces of content for you: a blog post, a community page, a Facebook post, and a LinkedIn post. Each of the content types have their own “voice.” That is, a Facebook post would be informative but slightly casual, while a LinkedIn post would be simultaneously upbeat and professional. All you have to do is click the “Generate” button within each tab and NORÉ will work its magic. It’s all original content (based off your exact words!), made just for you.
Creating AI-generated content using your video transcript
You can also navigate to the "Secret Sauce" tab to view and edit the prompts for each type of content (blog post, Facebook post, etc.) you would like to create. As an important note: using NORÉ requires an OpenAI API key in the backend. This can be purchased by you, or you can use the key we provide when you sign up for REWpert. For directions on installing the OpenAI key, please connect with your Account Manager.

The SEO Benefits Of NORÉ
As we know, SEO is changing, but one thing that stays constant is the benefit of content pillars. To break it down simply, content pillars are subpages that “support” your main page of content, creating a web that positions you as an expert in your field. In order to do this successfully, especially in an AI-forward world, you must also cross-post to different platforms, such as blog posts, forums, and social media.
NORÉ makes it easy for you to get the content you need. In just a click of a button, your one piece of content (a video) can become 10+ assets for you to use across the internet. Doing so provides you with more visibility—and this helps you rank.
Your Watch page also has SEO benefits: it’s a new page on your site that includes your video, the title, any tags that you have added, a button, and a transcript. Google (and other search engines) can find your video and index it—useful for you because it is original content that you have added to your site that you can rank for.

When you add a video to NORÉ, the location section auto-creates schema markup for your Watch page. This has SEO benefits, as schema is used to tell Google's crawlers more about your page(s), aiding in the indexing process.
