REW CRM is equipped with different lead management tools to ensure you’re on top of all of your leads. Some of the most impactful features you should use are Smart Lists, Action Plans, Push Notifications, and the updated Engagement Wheel. 

Smart Lists allows agents to create customized and dynamic lists of leads using filters. For example, you can see the leads who have signed up today, who were active in the past 7 days, who have specific interests, and much more. You can use these lists to streamline your follow-up efforts or spot unique opportunities. 

Action Plans are personalized to-do lists that guide you on how to engage and convert leads. You can manually or automatically assign leads to specific action plans to ensure communication with them is timely and consistent. With this feature, you can tailor your outreach for different kinds of leads, automate emails, and have a structured outline you can easily follow.

The updated Engagement Wheel is a visual guide on the Lead Details Page that shows agents the general steps they need to take to close the deal. These steps are logging a call, sending a text, logging a conversation, sending an email, saving a search, booking an appointment, logging an offer, and finally, closing a deal. The update was made to reflect our belief in the importance of tracking conversations, and also to drill down on the exact tasks that have a big impact on conversion.

We always say that if something isn’t recorded, it can’t be measured, and if it can’t be measured, then it can’t be improved.
