LEC 5 Launch Party Promo - even custom hours on sale

This promotion is now closed

We are pleased to announce the brand new LEC 5 (Limited Edition Custom Version 5) and to celebrate, we are having a promotion! And yes, custom hours are on sale!

Details of the promotion (what's on sale)

Limited Edition Customs - 25% off of the setup fee of any limited edition custom website including the brand new LEC version 5. Looking at our LEC map, it looks like (just by leaking the word out early) we have already sold version 5 in 13 markets, so if you are one who has missed a new LEC in the past from not acting quickly, I suggest you move quickly on this new one.

Template websites - free - Don't have the budget for an LEC website yet, but still want something that is nice to look at, easy to add content and listings to, and will perform admirably if SEO is performed? Why not start with an REW Template? Normally a $499 setup fee + hosting ($49.95 p/m, paid yearly), but during the promo you can have a template setup at no charge – you just pay the year's hosting bill.

CORE IDX (SEO friendly) - 50% off - For existing feeds only. If you are buying an LEC, then don't worry about CORE IDX as the IDX in an LEC is way higher end, however if you are buying a template or going custom, CORE is an essential part of your conversion / SEO strategy. It's normally $2500 setup, and $360 per year, but during the promo you save $1250 USD on the setup.

Custom Team Hours - 25% off (limited quantity of design, programming and writing) - These go on sale once, maybe twice a year so I suggest you act quickly on these. Due to our current queue and non-promo sales volume, I have to limit these hours so there will only be 1000 available per category. This promotion will run for 2 weeks, however I would imagine the hours will likely sell out during week one - remember it's first come, first served.

Common Upgrades - 25% off - As many of you know, LEC's already come jam packed with a TON of features that we charge extra for in either template or custom websites. During the promotion, all common upgrades will be 25% off. Because these items are available for template and custom sites, I will include a list below:

Common upgrades (all 25% off) - detail list:

You can find writeups and screenshots of these products and modules at www.realestatewebmasters.com/upgrades/ (links on the right). If it is something already included in the LEC's I will write (included LEC) beside it so you know you don't need it if you are buying an LEC.

  • Quick search: retail $300 USD (included LEC)
  • Featured listings: retail $300 USD (included LEC)
  • Control Panel: retail $500 USD (included LEC)
  • RSS snippet reader: retail $100 USD (included LEC)
  • REW Blog (multi user): retail $300 USD (included LEC)
  • Featured Areas Callout: retail $300 USD (included LEC)
  • Search Engine Friendly Dropdowns: retail $300 (included LEC)
  • Slideshow manager: retail $300 USD (included in all new template installs)
  • Google Directions: retail $300 USD (only included in LEC 5)
  • Agent Roster Module: retail $500 USD (only included in LEC 5)
  • Microsoft Birds Eye View: retail $300 USD
  • 301 redirect tool: retail $200 USD
  • XML / IDX sitemapping: retail $500 USD
  • Google Streetview: retail $500 USD
  • Get Local (demographics) module: retail $299 + $20 p/m (discount on setup only)

There you have it, folks - your new LEC 5 has arrived (I know many have been waiting) and for the rest of you, a nice promo to start off your year right and finally take that next step towards amazing web exposure, actually converting traffic to leads, and closing deals online.

As with all promotions, please be advised that there are a few rules / stipulations and remember there is an end date:

  • Orders are not confirmed or placed into the queue until "payment" is received.
  • All promotional orders must "be paid in full" upon ordering.
  • IDX discounts are for existing feeds only
  • Hours must be ordered in minimum 3 hours blocks
  • Promo pricing for "new" work orders only
  • REW account balances must be paid prior to placing orders
  • All orders must be received before 4:30 PM on Friday, April 2nd, 2010

I will be starting a new brokerage during the month of April. I will need to modify my site to reflect the change. I will need to change the header and footer of the page. Change the feed and upgrade to CMS 2.5. Can I purchase these hours at a discout and then use them in about a month? I have a regular template.

Morgan Carey

Absolutely Russell - you can purchase the hours now, and decide to use them (or what to use them for) at a later date. You will need to get your order and payment in during the promo (and before the hours sell out) - but you can certainly keep them "on file" per se and use them when you figure out exactly what your needs / plans are.

Shall I place an order for you? How many hours would you like - and of which type please?

Russell Volk

Hold off on placing the order, as I don't know how much work I will need done. I'm going to place a "price check" post on the forum and then I'll know how many hours to buy.

Thanks Morgan.

Brett Meade

Wow! The new LEC looks pretty sweet. The prominent display of the featured listings will be an excellent tool for listing presentations. Plus, simply put, the new rew idx ROCKS.

Any timeline on being able to upgrade the core idx with the new version?

Please put me down for a template, core idx and 5 custom hours.

Thanks for the promo pricing.

Regards,

Brett

Robert Worthington

Morgan,

I have a friend that is wanting an lec. Do you have a link I can pass along to him to show him what an lec 5 might look like?

Morgan Carey

5.rewlec.com :)

Robert Worthington

Morgan, the new idx 3.0 rocks!!! Can I upgrade or is it another idx (smirk)

REW Anthony

I just want to say the LEC5 color schemes are gorgeous !

And if you havn't noticed, the color scheme select box switcher is just below the quicksearch.

:D

Morgan Carey

Hey there Robert - "currently" LEC 5 is the only website product we offer with a built in version of 3.0 - we most certainly have plans to offer it to users of previous products, but that would not be until at least the end of the 3rd quarter. At that time, it will be billed by the hour to "borrow" peices of the new IDX to retrofit an old one, or replace an old IDX with a new one altogether Brett that should answer your question about timelines as well :)

Cerickson - you are correct, our billable rate is $125 USD per hour, thus 25% discount saves you $31.25 USD for every hour purchased making your effective billable rate $87.50 - as for CMS 2.5 isn't it already only $299 or something? + the pro-rated $9.95 hosting of course - we can offer the 25% discount on the 2.5 upgrade as well, no problems there (assuming you are going from 2.0)

Morgan Carey

Antman, I hear you :) - I am really digging the Keller Williams inspired one - http://5.rewlec.com/?scheme=keller

MARK Z

Morgan, do I already have the slideshow manager on my LEC 2 and not even know it?

Rick Turner

Morgan, I continue to love my site. It is producing leads THAT BUY every week! Keep up the good work. I'd like to buy 10 hours of programing. Charge my card that's on file. Let me know who to contact to discuss what I want. You and I have discussed some of the changes I'd like to make.

Ed Pierce

Please put us down for the following:

Core IDX for our Dev97 (Mississippi)

Slideshow Manager for Memphis-RealEstate.net

adam robinson sarasota

Morgan,
I'll take 30 hours.
The new LEC 5 is very easy to customize, the top nav & drp downs.
How do I see/order the individual agent site module?
I probably will need 12 to start. Can the agents choose form different skins or colors?

Adam

Cary

Morgan,

I really like the new LEC5 - Send me pricing for Chicago.

Cary

Morgan,

I really like the new LEC5 - is Chicago available?

Morgan Carey

Hello Cary, I am sorry Chicago is sold already I beleive. The following cities have also already been taken for LEC 5

Calgary, AB
Vancouver, BC
Portland, OR
Rancho Santa Margarita, CA
Phoenix, AZ
Boulder, CO
Dallas, TX
Minneapolis, MN
Arlington, VA
Annapolis, MD
Sarasota, FL
Miami, FL

If you want to know what else is gone by tomorrow, or any other day for any LEC, you can visit http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/lec/lec-markets.php just uncheck all the other versions and that will leave you with just the pins of the LEC you are interested in.

Kirby

Morgan,

I'm interested in setting up a website but I'm not sure what exactly I need. I'd like to make an order before the deadline date. Please send me an email or let's schedule a time to discuss via phone. I look forward to hearing from you.

Jon Wade

Morgan,

I don't see my slideshow manager either so I quick hint on where it is would help me too. Please bill me for 5 custom hours under the promo to have for future improvements. MY CC should be on file,

Thx,

Jon

Matt Scoggins

Morgan,

I'm considering moving my www.atlantaluxuryhomes.com site to a template since it was one of REW's first sites and still on CMS1 :-0 and in need of a serious upgrade, but don't have the funds to do another custom or LEC at this point.

Can you give me an idea of what it would cost to move the site?

Louis Belote

I have a question and...then want to order a couple of upgrades just before I request to Go Live with my site. Above mentions the Slideshow Manager is included on LEC's. It is not on mine (LEC 2 still in development).

Anyway...if I do not currently have access to it, I want to order Slideshow Manager and have it programmed to be able to change the slideshow on each page.

Also...I want to order the Local Demographics Module.

CC on file.

Thanks, Morgan

Morgan Carey

Hey folks, a quick ammendment to the "slideshow manager" mentioned above.

First of all - it only applies to templates (I had said I thought it was templates and LEC's) -

Second - it only applies to templates purchased after this product was released which was very late February 2010 - for more info on that particular feature, please read here: http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/blogs/gerrythomasen/9559/show/

thanks and sorry for the confusion

Jon Wade

Morgan,

Thx for the answer. Please still charge my CC for the 5 hours of custom to hold for future stuff as requested above and let me know if I can buy the slideshow manager / what the cost is.

Jon

MARK Z

Is it still possible to get the slideshow manger for LEC 2 outside of this promotion or does it not even work with the LEC 2?

Morgan Carey

It wasn't really "built" for LEC 2 per se' but certainly you could buy it and a couple programming hours have it worked out not a problem. With you however Mark, I would want to double check, because you don't have a standard slideshow, you have a crazy custom flash piece so I doubt you would want to replace that high end flash with a basic slideshow of pics would you?

For those asking about getting a "per page" slideshow manager (that is not what the product does) - i'll ask the team if it's even possible and get back with an estimate - thanks. :)

Memphis

Morgan, to clarify --- I received an invoce for the slide show app. Will it work on my site? Even if there is a reasonable programming time I would still like it. AND, I would like to add the sutom work mentioned on the tutorial about tweaking it for page to page.

If I order an LEC5 would I have to pay the IDX fee again, or would that carry over?

Any recommended upgrades for our LEC4 Office site?

Louis Belote

Thanks for the response/clarification, Morgan regarding the Slideshow. Let me revise my order, if you don't mind (sorry about that!!)....I just want to add Google Directions and the Get Local (demographics) Module. I will drop the Slideshow Manager request.

Would you confirm, please!

Thanks again!!

FindCRE

Thanks for the promo Morgan. I'll take 10 hrs of design time & IDX sitemapping for my Dallas & San Antonio site.

Thanks!

Cary

Morgan,

Can you check if Chicago is actually purchased please. The lookup tool has a tbd domain in place...

I would really like to have LEC5 for Chicago.. Let me know if you could make that happen.

Morgan Carey

Cary - unfortunately Chicago is most certainly gone for LEC 5. Thanks for your interest.

Morgan Carey

Quick note on hours - my billing department asked that the orders be a mimimum 5 hours per order as in past promos - I pushed back and we settled on minimum 3 hours. So hours purchased must be in minimum 3 hour blocks - thanks.

GerryThomasen

Quick comments about the slideshow manager (it's funny that the slideshow manager is taking center stage, here!):

  1. It's a $300 product (I assume it's discounted along with the other modules in this promotion)
  2. It requires about an hour (estimate) of additional custom time to make the slideshow manager "per-page" (allowing you to have different slideshows on different pages)

Morgan Carey

Sweet - I thought it would take longer than that - can you add to your tutorial (linked above) how it works if you have it "per page"?

GerryThomasen

I'll do that - and how about you link to my "How To Take Advantage Of Promo Prices In Design" blog post in your promo announcement above? ;)

Er, if you think it's appropriate, that is. We've gotta get these clients to improve their body content, more.

Artur

Gerry,

That is the kind of post I love. We don't always know what can be done. I'll definitely do some design enhancements once my LEC5 is up and running.

Mark Wallington

Morgan,

Can you put me down for 3 Blogs on my 3 sites and ask Carrie to contact me for billing.

Thanks,

Mark.

Tina Fountain

Hi Morgan,

I'll take 25 hours please.

Tina

Morgan Carey

Wow am I ever behind - sorry folks, calls and emails been piling up and I am finally getting back to this promo post.

So let's see, I know we have processed orders for Carl, Rick, Ed, Adam and Ray - who am I missing here.

Mark Wallington, 3 blogs for your 3 sites at 25% off each - no problem, I shall send to billing.

Richard Soto - 10 hours design time and IDX sitemapping at 25% off x 2 (you will let the programmer know the URL's I assume?)

Louis Belote - you sent me an email changing your order a bit, I will deal with it via email - thanks

Jon Wade - 5 hours custom time for "future stuff" acknowledge (slideshow manager item addressed as well)

Kirby - I don't know who you are, or i'd love to email you or contact you with more info can you email me morgan @ realesteatewebmasters .com (remove spaces of course)

I think that is about it for new orders this AM - I will try to get to any of the additional questions ASAP as well - thanks.

Cary

Morgan,

I'll take 10 hours of "Custom Team Hours".

is that $87.50 x 10 hours? just wanted to make sure I have the math is correct...

Carlos Montes

Hey Morgan,

I would like a template and 5 hours of design please & thanks!

Brett Meade

Can you invoice me as well?

Thanks,

Brett

Louis Belote

Hey Morgan - Thanks for acknowledging me above. In the spirit of "budget restraint", I have decided to hold off on those previously mentioned upgrades for a little while. I do have an estimated "couple of hours" worth of billable work that Gerry says he can get completed for me. Having said that, I am going to buy 5 programming hours at the promo rate right now, so Gerry can go ahead and finish my project. Let Gerry know I have paid after Carrie takes care of that part of it! I am trying to get this project to "Go Live", if I can......Thanks for your patience!!!!!!

Morgan Carey

Actually Cary, 75% of 125 is $93.75 so ten hours is $937.50 USD - I will be happy to invoice you, unfortunately I only have your first name to go on, so I don't know who you are - can you shoot me an email? (I think you are Cary in Chicago, but don't want to assume) - thanks.

C

Morgan,

I did not do the math, I simply picked it up from one of your posts above... I have repeated a copy of your post below and have bolded the section that had your math...

===================================================================

===================================================================

Cary

Morgan,

Yes you are correct - from Chicago - www.123ChicagoRealEstate.com

Morgan Carey

Lol sorry about that Carl / Cary - looks like I was doing math in my head again (note to self, don't do that again) - the 125 - 31.25 is 93.75 not 87.50 (how emberrassing)

Morgan Carey

Brett - I have sent in your order in for a template, IDX and 5 hours - Thanks!

Indy Realtor

I'll take 20 hours of time please:) Thanks.

PreviewOC

Hi Morgan,

I will take 15 hours-

Thanks!

Morgan Carey

Kevin - I have sent in your order in for 15 hours - Thanks!

Morgan Carey

Carl - I have sent in your amended order in for dropdowns and CMS 2.5 upgrade - Thanks!

Morgan Carey

Mike (Indy Realtor) - I have sent in your order in for 20 hours - Thanks!

Morgan Carey

Cary - I have sent in your order in for 10 hours - Thanks!

Morgan Carey

For those of you who said "charge my credit card on file", please email this to Holly or Carrie once you have received your invoice. Thanks :)

Highrises.com

Hi Morgan - I'll take 25 hours for use later this year.

Calzephyr

Okay, Morgan - I think I'm ready to switch out the IDX on the Davis REW site from IDXpro to REW. I don't know if my CMS is 2.0 or 2.5.

Also the IDX Sitemapping, that's extra eh?

I'll give the site a going over and fax in an order this weekend.

Thanks for the promo.

-Tom W.

Rich Fine

  • Search Engine Friendly Dropdowns
  • Slideshow manager

On the Dropdowns I'll need to use better primary header text.

On the slideshow, I'd like to have an extra hour spent to make it per page (defaulting to the current pics till I can get specific shots per page).

Jim

I'll take 20 hours

TheRealOBX

I would like to order a blog for Corollanchomes . com.

Thanks,

Kevin

Morgan Carey

Rich Fine, I sent your order in, I didn't really know what you meant by "On the Dropdowns I'll need to use better primary header text." so I just put in a standard order, if you need custom time after install to do something more, just shoot me an email and we can hook that up.

Morgan Carey

Calzephyr - you have 2.0, not 2.5 - yes the sitemapping is extra - I step up and be an LEC case study (you have a top ranked site) and I'll like you bribe you with some extra goodies ;)

Memphis

Morgan, I think it may be time for an upgrade on my personal site. What are my options for transferring what i have over to a new template? Mainly to keep up to date on the features, etc.

Spoken Gently

Hi Morgan, Does REW's idx sync with the leads that are registering to search for properties? In other words, does REW's lead management show what properties the client is looking for, and other relevant search information?

Memphis

I am reviewing dev86 to go live... Do I need to order an "agent manager module" ? I tried to access the agent manager and it said I had to order that first. The reference above says for LEC5 only. Please calrify. If I need to order please do so.

Christos

I'm ready to place an order for lec5 for the Calgary area. Please contact me so that we can move forward. thanks christos

Jason Painter

When you start putting the IDX 3.0 into custom sites, I'm ready to commit to an upgrade.

Morgan Carey

Memphis / Ed - when you switch from one REW website to another regardless of CMS version, we swap out your content and leads (including titles, meta data, filenames etc) - that being said, you have one of the newer templates and seem to be pretty much up-to-date on the "template" side - your next step up would realy be an LEC.

Morgan Carey

Spoken Gently - REW IDX does track the properties viewed and favorites saved from the recent activity of your registered leads, yes - what that you question? We also track keywords that referred the traffic, what time and how many times they visited, what pages they visited and how many times and you can see, edit or delete any of their saved searches right from the backend.

Memphis

I did upgrade last year didn't I...... I need a few more things on my plate ;)

The agent module, do I need to order that for the office website?

Morgan Carey

Hey Ed, I think you want the "agent roster" not the agent website thing (which currently is LEC 5 only) - you already have template sites for all your agents so they just need to be showcased and linked to from the main LEC site on dev86 - I would do this with the "agent roster" - should I place an order for it?

Morgan Carey

Christos, all LEC's including LEC 5 have already been sold in Calgary, there are no more LEC's available in that market.

Quick reminder to everyone, in popular REW markets (like Calgary above) these things do tend to move pretty quickly. If you are already decided you are going to buy, please don't wait until the end of the week, as you may be disappointed that you missed your opportunity.

Rich Fine

I'd like purchase 3 hours of time as well. Seems I used mine all up. :-)

Portland Real Estate

I'll take 25 custom hours. Thanks.

Spoken Gently

Morgan, Is there a 'dummy' site somewhere that we can look at. Or, perhaps one of your sales people can walk me through the back end? Also, our idx is not one of the feeds you have done yet. I wonder what the cost would be to add our association's feed. I checked into this a few years back and our association did not have a live feed. They do now.

Memphis

Yes please, place an order for the agent roster. Also, if someone wants to give me an estimate for the amount of hours to add maybe ten pages of links and general information to our office site (communities mainly) then order that amount of hours I will authorize that as well. My time is spread thin recently ;)

MARK Z

Morgan, Put me down for 5 hours writing, 7 hours of programming, and 8 hours of design total of 20 hours. Thanks

Russell Volk

Hey Morgan,

I requested an order on Work Orders forum, but haven't gotten the reply back. Here's a link:

http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/thread41991.html

Just want to make sure that I get in on time. I need to order these changes now, during the promo, but the work will need to get done probably about a month from now.

Thanks

Santa Cruz Real Estate

I would like 20 hours.

thanks

Santa Cruz Real Estate

Would control panel be advisable for PISC or be much of an upgrade from what I have in 2.5?

Can you add kw conversion tool to PISC? Is it a promo?

thanks

Morgan Carey

Greg you should really be making PISC an LEC - it would come with cp and far newer IDX technology (and you have a free one on file if I am not mistaken from the conference last year)

Mitch Argon

20 hours of custom work please.

Jonathan

Gerry or Morgan,

The new LEC5 looks great. The navigation is user friendly and not too busy or complex.

Concerning my website, can a quick search or a simple search be loaded into a navigation link as a separate page? I feel I need a simple search, however, do not want to compromise my current site layout with the quick search loaded into it somewhere.

I'll take 5 hours custom programming. Thanks JK

Thanks!

Santa Cruz Real Estate

Regarding my previous questions, I would like to get the items requested if possible for PISC. The costs of changing over to the LEC are prhibitive with 400 pages, so I will keep what I have that works.

Would control panel be advisable for PISC or be much of an upgrade from what I have in 2.5?

Can you add kw conversion tool to PISC? Is it a promo?

thanks

Morgan Carey

Nozmo, we have an iframeable IDX platform called REWIDX for folks who do not have REW websites, however it is NOT the same as CORE IDX - it is simply a canned IDX solution with some really cool features. The canned solution is not search engine spiderable, nor is it customizable (both available with a built in) - The canned IDX is new (End of January) - here is a list of available MLS's for the canned solution http://www.rewidx.com/mls-boards/ along wtih demos

Morgan Carey

Nozmo - our technology will never leave our servers and no we cannot be convinced otherwise, sorry. If "portland maine" ever becomes available via our iframed solution, we would be happy to provide you with one, but that is your only non REW website.

Note if you did have an REW website we would enter into that space - all it takes is one built in.

Robert Worthington

Please invoice me for 3 hours. Thanks for extending the special Morgan.

Morgan Carey

Thanks Holly, I was going to send it - you beat me to it! :)

Morgan Carey

Hello Bruce, LEC 5 retails at $10,000 USD, thus 25% off gives you a sticker price of $7500 USD + applicable hosting fees ($79.95 per month paid yearly) -

In terms of your board - with LEC's you don't have to pay extra to go into a new market, we are happy to take on new boards at no extra charge :)

Spoken Gently

Since I already have a REW site, would the LEC assume all my current site's content? Also, I have a WordPress blog on my current REW site. Would the WordPress blog be transferred to the new LEC?

I'm a little unclear as to what would happen with my current setup. I certainly wouldn't want to start over, and of course, I would want the new LEC to take advantage of whatever work I've put into joelane.com

I tried calling on Friday, but Nick was out of the office. I remember when Nick was first hired on. Looks like he's moved up in the company as REW has grown. A good choice, as my impression of Nick is that he's always been very loyal and devoted to you and REW. ;)

Morgan Carey

Hey Joe, - as a current REW customer changing websites (it's a replacement - not an upgrade) - we do import all CMS page items (content, titles, meta data, filenames etc) - this is for REW CMS to REW CMS only. So yes all that content would be brought over.

REW LEC's use the REW 2.0 blogging platform (not wordpress) - so you could either post a work order to have your content transfered via a script to REW blogs (recommended) - or you could post a work order to have your wordpress blog moved to the new site - you would still ALSO have the REW blog because it is part of the standard install.

I'm telling you man, with the amount of time / authority you have built up in your REW Template (with no spiderable IDX at all!) - you would really benefit from an LEC product. - Here is some feedback from a customer who went through the same thing - http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/blogs/mark-z/7714/show/

Mitch Argon

Hi - I requested 20 hours of pre paid time four days ago and have not heard back. Is this being processed? Thank you. Mitch Argon

Morgan Carey

Btw Joe - being REW's bday coming up and you mentioning Nick I did a lookup on your account - the earliest project I could find for you was 06/09/26 - WOW! Has it been nearly 4 years already?

Spoken Gently

Yup, almost 4 years. I would welcome a second blog on the site, btw. I have a phone call into Nick to chat with him about what to expect in the back end. I'm thinking I'll be committing to a LEC 5 by the end of the day. ;)

Morgan Carey

Ummm you would not talk to Nick about such things (he's the IDX co-ordinator, not a sales person) - I'd be happy to take a call though to take you through it if you like (I am pretty sure I am assigned to your account these days) - let me know if you'd like to have a call. t

Thanks

Spoken Gently

We are going to go for it Morgan. :) Colleen and I read through the comments and read a few other things and got most of the questions answered. A few of the questions we had were answered be re-reading this comment thread.

I would still like to know what costs there would be beyond the $7500 so that there are no surprises. Also, it would be nice for Colleen and I to talk to you (or it could be whoever is available) to show what our current backend looks like. We are using a well known solution that is not SEO friendly. We are hoping that some of the things we like about our current system can be replicated in the REW system if those things are not already part of REW's idx.

Anyway, what is the next step to get things going, and how long of a back log are you guys at these days. Now that we decided to go for it, we want it done yesterday. :D

Todd Kolasch

My name is Todd Kolasch, www.kolaschrealestate.com, and I'd like to take advantage of this promo and add 2 hours of custom time to my account

Nikki

Morgan,

What can I do to convert or move away from the CIR template? I just don't care for it at all and was wondering what it would cost to get a template instead that may have more flexibility with options? (Since I can't have an LEC 5?)

Nikki Harrison

www.mycalgaryagent.com

Morgan Carey

Hey there Nikki,

As you know - that CIR low cost non customizable template option is really just something CIR agents get offered for a "canned" solution. If you wanted to step into an REW product that is more flexible / customizable you could either hook up with a template and upgrade as much as you like, or go custom.

Template right now has no setup fee, so no cost there. There would be a slight difference in yearly hosting as templates are $49.95 per month (paid yearly) < can't remember what CIR template are.

You would need to get a different IDX and a bunch of other stuff to make it to the level of CIR though. Let me think on this one the way into the office today and I'll see if I can come up with something for the CIR folks :)

Nikki

Okee dokee Morgan. Thanks a bunch!
