The new conversations metrics in the REW CRM.
First up, the new Conversations metrics help you track actual interactions between agents and leads, focusing on successful connections rather than just call attempts or volume. We’ve also rolled out a mobile view redesign, which makes it even easier for agents to navigate and manage leads on the go. Plus, don’t miss the referral fee field in Deals! This additional field helps facilitate more accurate commission payouts.
