The June release for our CRM is out now!
Our CRM is a simple but powerful tool real estate agents, teams, and brokers can use to manage their client information and communication. New and exciting features were released last week to help you generate more leads and sales. The updates include:
Intranet
Intranet provides “behind the firewall” access that permits all of your staff to manage private company information. This gives agents and brokers the ability to create pages, link files on Google Drive or Dropbox, and add videos.
This could also be a great tool to manage all your internal content such as onboarding documents, instructional videos, and even Lead notes.
Check out our How to Video for more information.
Intranet is by default off in the CRM, so if you are interested in using the Intranet feature please contact your Account Manager to get this turned on.
Source Management
Source management allows agents and brokers to capture and organize the source of Leads. This also provides the function to add the spend amount to any particular source for budget tracking, and will be able to show exactly how many Leads are going to your site from Google or Facebook Ads.
Don’t forget to check out our How to Video for more information on source management.
Aside from adding Intranet and Source Management, our CRM also features some smaller product improvements:
-
Drag/drop indicator for Smart Lists: this was added to make it easier to rearrange your lists.
-
Lead stage added to the lead form: a dropdown option was added in the ‘Add New Lead’ Page to indicate what stage your Leads are when you enter their information in the CRM.
-
Changed the word ‘Origin’ to ‘Referer’: the field ‘Origin’ was removed and changed to ‘Referer’, which specifies where your Lead has been referred from. For example Google.com or Bing.com.
-
New fields ‘Company’ and ‘URL’ were added in the Lead details screen: there is now an option to add the company and URL of your Lead.
-
Beta label removed from Agent View: the beta label that was next to the Agent View tab in the CRM was removed.
Stay tuned to find out more about our upcoming features and videos, or you can also connect with your Account Manager for more updates.
