REW's Global MLS project has been featured on the cover of Real Estate Magazine.
This project has been in the works for some time, but had to be put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Now Real Estate Webmasters is back on track to change real estate at a global scale.
Global MLS Gains Momentum
The lack of a shared MLS (multiple listing service) in places like Europe stifles business and makes it difficult for real estate professionals in those locations to offer customers an ideal consumer experience.
Real Estate Webmasters is going to change that by creating a central location for agents and brokerages to share their listings.
Real Estate Magazine feature on Real Estate Webmasters' Global MLS project
Currently the project is in the phase of gathering partners to share their listings. Big shout out to Gary Ashton of RE/MAX Advantage, Tennessee’s #1 RE/MAX team, and RE/MAX England and Wales, for being the first North American and European sign ups respectively.
To entice brokerages to provide listings, Real Estate Webmasters is building a public-facing portal that will then generate organic leads for participating partners. This will differ from global portals like Zillow, because those organic leads will be provided directly and free of charge, always.
This strategy creates a value exchange where everyone wins, allowing agents and brokerages to create awesome MLS websites, generating more business and providing buyers and sellers with better services.
North American Real Estate Webmasters customers will also be able to send listings to the global MLS, potentially bringing in even more leads.
To boost SEO at scale, REW will be using AI tools to create valuable content and translate it into almost 133 languages.

First up, we are proud to welcome Jeff Pady as our new Sales Manager.
With a wealth of experience gained over many years at REW, Jeff is the perfect candidate to lead our sales team to even greater heights.
Having worked in a number of roles over the years, Jeff has progressed through the ranks before taking on his current role.
Jeff is not only a talented sales professional but also a dear friend to many of us here at REW.
Next, we are delighted to congratulate Laura Sullivan on her promotion to Account Manager.
Laura joined us in October 2021 as part of our Support team before moving into a Customer Success role in 2022.
Laura impressed with her work ethic and dedication to her role, always willing to go the extra mile, so we weren’t surprised when she closed TWO impressive PPC deals in her first week!
We are incredibly proud of our sales team here at REW, and these promotions are just two examples of the talent and drive that make up our team.
