Another key enhancement is the ability to tailor your workspace. Panels are now expandable and collapsible, allowing you to modify the interface to fit your workflow seamlessly. In our upcoming update to the REW CRM's lead details page, we're bringing you enhanced accessibility and usability across several key elements. Here's a sneak peek into what you can expect:
- Basics: We've streamlined the interface so you can effortlessly assign prospects their stages—whether as leads, contacts, or clients. This ensures you can easily track and communicate with converted leads, partners, and other contacts. Fields like Referrer, Budget, Commission, and Visit History are also now prominently displayed, making it easier than ever to understand and engage with your leads.
- Notifications: No more digging through settings. You can easily change your notifications, keeping you always informed and responsive to your leads.
- Custom Fields: Beyond standard data, you can now personalize your CRM with additional details like purchase dates, birthdays, and even your client's pet's name! Use this to deepen your relationships with every interaction.
- Relationships: Note your leads' relationships with one another for more tailored communication. After this coming release, users can also CC and BCC accounts that are related to your primary lead.
- Timeline View: Gain invaluable insights with a chronological history of your interactions. This feature not only keeps you organized but also serves as a powerful coaching tool for accountability and follow-up.
- Quick Notes: Easily jot down and retrieve your latest updates and upcoming tasks using the updated lead details page. In a future release, users will also be able to search through quick notes, streamlining lead-tracking efforts.
- REW Dialer: Dialer subscribers can access it and initiate calls directly from the lead details page. The dialer allows you to track and even record calls (adhering to state guidelines) effortlessly.
- Activity: Stay on top of critical events with a detailed timeline from the first touchpoint to the latest interactions. You can also filter activities by listings, notes, communications, team members, and timeframes to focus on what matters most.
- Action Plan: Seamlessly integrate action plans right from the lead details page, ensuring a structured and follow-up workflow.
- Saved Searches, Deals, Events: Access and manage saved searches, monitor deals progress, and keep track of upcoming events—all within a unified, intuitive interface.
- Engagement Engine: This helpful feature is still one of the focuses of the updated lead details page. With the engagement engine, you can easily measure lead and agent interactions using a visual wheel, helping you enhance engagement effectively.
- Groups, Motivations, Interests, Tags: This essential feature remains, allowing you to organize and segment leads with groups and tags. This capability empowers targeted marketing campaigns and personalized engagement strategies.
