You can create Smart Lists using a variety of filters, such as lead source, activity level, cities, or stage in the buying process, allowing you to narrow down your list to exactly what you need.

But Smart Lists aren’t just for leads, they also work across other key areas of REW CRM, including Agents, Deals, and Sources. This flexibility helps you to track agent performance, efficiently monitor deal statuses, and measure your marketing platforms’ ROI. All of these result in boosting your chances of lead conversion!

The Idea Behind Smart Lists

Managing leads efficiently can be challenging, especially as your database grows. We created Smart Lists to simplify this process and help you focus on converting leads into clients. By providing a dynamic way to segment and prioritize contacts, Smart Lists eliminate the need for manual sorting and searching. They guarantee you’re always working with the most relevant, complete information, which saves you time and effort.

Additionally, we made the Smart Lists feature available to the different tabs of REW CRM—Leads, Agents, Deals, and Sources. This holistic view enhances your ability to engage leads, manage agents, and make data-driven decisions that will grow your sales and business.

Setting Up Smart Lists

Ready to give Smart Lists a go? Here’s how to set it up:

1. Log in to REW CRM and open the Leads dashboard.

2. Select the "Manage Smart Lists" button and click on the "+" button on the fly-out to create a new Smart List.

3. Choose the filters you want to apply, such as lead source or activity level.

4. Once done, click “Save” and name your Smart List.

5. Click the “Save” button to generate your new Smart List.

Follow the same process for creating Smart Lists on Agents, Deals, and Sources. 

To further optimize your workflow, you can organize your dashboard’s View to make sure that you can see the most relevant data on your Smart Lists at a glance. Here’s how to create a customized View:

1. In REW CRM, click the “View” button on the right side of the screen.

2. Select "Manage Views."

3. Click the “+” button and select the data you want to display in your columns.

4. Click “Save” and name your Layout View.

5. Click “Save” again to apply your custom layout.

Now, you’ll have a personalized view that displays your Smart List data in the way that works best for you. To edit, delete, or manage your Smart Lists, simply click the “Manage Smart Lists” button located below your lists on the left side of the screen.
