REW CRM Contributions

Long before Justin joined the Product Advisory board, he was already connected with Morgan Carey. Justin, Morgan, and other top industry leaders meet regularly to discuss real estate strategy and CRM development, and it is Justin’s insights in one of these meetings that inspired us to develop the Conversations Metrics in REW CRM. 

Justin stresses the importance of accountability and the role of conversations in conversion, which motivated us to enhance REW CRM with the ability to automatically and manually track Conversations Metrics (such as conversation length, outcome, date and time, etc.). We believe that it’s conversations, not call volume, that has a greater impact on conversion rates.

Winter Release: Coming Soon

This month, we’re launching one of our biggest and final product releases of the year! The update includes the Email Metrics and Campaigns Redesign, Lead Stage Manager, Presentation Mode, Open House Display, and Blog Subscription button. Soon, you’ll be able to track and analyze your email campaign metrics, customize your lead funnels, blur confidential lead information on your CRM backend when presenting, display open house information on listing details pages, and capture leads who are interested in your blog posts.
