Tracking agent performance and hitting targets can be challenging, but REW CRM's Agent Goals and Report Cards make it easier to stay on top of your team's progress. With these features, agents can set and track their goals, and managers can get real-time insights into performance. It's a simple yet powerful way to stay focused on what matters, and get the results you want.

Empowering Teams

The Agent Goals and Report Cards feature was developed to tackle a challenge many real estate teams face: tracking progress and staying aligned with performance goals. Beyond just being a way to measure accountability, we designed it as a valuable coaching tool. Instead of agents and managers having to calculate and track whether they're hitting their targets manually, this feature automates the entire process. Goals are set, tracked, and displayed in real-time, making it easy to see where agents are excelling or where they might need additional support. This allows managers to offer more targeted coaching and ensure everyone is on the right path. By removing the guesswork and automating goal tracking, the focus shifts from crunching numbers to helping teams consistently reach their full potential.

Real Estate Webmasters understands the need for a comprehensive, automated way to track and manage performance. We wanted to create a tool that offers real-time insights and actionable data to enhance agent coaching and development. With these features, agents now have the ability to set and track a variety of goals, including daily metrics such as calls, texts, emails, and appointments, as well as long-term goals spanning from historical data (2018) to future targets (2028). They can set their yearly goals on commission, buy-side deals, sell-side deals, and total deals.

On the other hand, the Report Card provides agents with a letter grade and a summary of their progress based on a selected timeframe. This report highlights achievements and areas for improvement, making it easier for agents and managers to see progress at a glance. Additionally, the Agents dashboard in your REW CRM displays yearly goals and shows the current status of each agent. Please note that only an Admin can view all agents' goals, while agents can only see their own goals.
