Lead Stage Manager

We understand the importance of having the flexibility to organize your lead stages on the CRM, that’s why we developed the Lead Stage Manager. This new feature is also inspired by one of our incredible product advisors and leader of the #1 RE/MAX team in the world, Gary Ashton

Super Admins can add, delete, and reorder lead stages by following these steps:

1.  Go to “My Setup” and click “Stages” under “Organize.”

Presentation Mode

Do you need to walk someone through your CRM and share your screen, but are concerned about accidentally exposing your clients’ personal information? Presentation Mode removes that worry. Activating this mode blurs out important client data (phone number, email, address, etc.), ensuring you can protect your clients’ confidential details.

Here’s how you can turn on the Presentation Mode:

1. Click the hamburger menu button on the top right corner of the REW CRM page.

Blog Subscription Button

Publishing good and engaging content boosts your website’s SEO. To help you share and spread your blog posts’ reach, we’ve added a blog subscription button on your website. One of our clients, Kim Blanton, requested this feature on the REW Forum. Thank you for this incredible suggestion, Kim!

The blog subscription form that interested readers fill out is a snippet that enables you to customize and tailor its content. If you want to customize your blog subscription form and call-to-action (CTA) message, follow these steps:

Note: This new feature does not automatically email captured leads. When a new lead comes in, they’re automatically added to a group named "Blog Subscription Form" in the CRM, and you can email this group whenever you have new blog posts.

Display Open House Details

Most leads are interested to know about open house details when doing their home search. With this update, you can easily display open house information without the need to create a new page or request custom work. The information is automatically sourced from the IDX feed, and it can be used as a filter and sorting criteria on the IDX search page. This enhances your visitors’ search experience, which can boost your chances for conversion.

If the open house details are not available in the IDX, you still have the option to manually add them by following these instructions:

1. On your backend, click “Listings” and then select “Enhanced.”

Enhanced section under Listings.

2. On the Enhanced Listings page, select the listing you want to manually add an open house details to, or click the “+” button to add the listing.
