"Activity" Filter & Viewing the Saved Search Results

Two Questions…

  1. Where are the filter options located, allowing the Agent to filter through the lead activity? In the previous backend, there were filter option to filter when the lead was created, when a saved search was established, etc.

  2. When creating a saved search, where is the view button to see which properties are populating in the search? I see where the results tally is calculating while the search is being performed, but I do not see the “view search” button.

Filter options, see the little magnifying glass thingy? (That is an official term) :slight_smile:

As for viewing search results: There is not “view” button while saving search results, but once you save you can view them by clicking the title of the saved search

Hey Renee,

Great question! An agent has the ability to view the lead’s history by following these steps:

  1. Click on the leads name to enter the ‘Leads Detail’ Screen.

  2. On the next page, you will see an option for Activity, clicking here you will find the leads front end behaviour.
  3. You can further refine your filter by clicking on ‘Filter Activity’ (you may see the leads name populated in this bar).

Regarding your second question on saved searches, agents can view the listings results by refining their search and then clicking on ‘Map’. The properties you see on the map should reflect the search parameters that the agent has defined.

The map allows you to zoom in and see all of the property details, hovering over the price point tags provides more information on the properties.



If your agents require more information on the property, they can click on the picture and be taken to the front end listing result page.

You can also view the search once its saved, by selecting the name of the search, located below the trending search preferences.

Thank you for info & photos! On our previous backend, the activity filter options included “Created” Date, & Saved Search Created. Are those filters also available?

Hey Renee,

Although there is no current filter to find this information within the Leads Detail screen an agent can see when a lead has been created in two places:

  1. On the main leads screen by selecting ‘Show More’, here you can see an approximate date of when the lead joined. However, if the lead has been in your system for quite some time it will show months or years.



    This brings us to option 2!

  2. Entering the Leads Detail screen, you can see the exact join date for the lead on the left side of the screen near the bottom:

To see when the saved search has been created, agents can access this information by clicking on listings (within the leads detail screen). Scrolling down until you see ‘Saved Searches’, you will find when the lead or agent created the search!

Scrolling lower you can also view any recent searches the lead has made on the front end, which gives the agent the ability to suggest this as a saved search to the lead!
