Best Way of Learning the CRM

What has been everyones best way of learning the CRM? Or what has everyone found to be most helpful for yourself?
I’m well aware of the Zendesk Help & Support Articles as well as REW Academy.
Trying to see if there’s anything in regards to a Beginner CRM guide or Advanced CRM guide.


Honestly the best way is to leverage your AM or CSM depending on your project. I’m you’re AM, so I am always happy to jump on a 30 minute private session with you and show you around. But other than that, yes jumping into tutorials etc is always good (and ask lots of questions here)
