How do you assign/track a buyer agent who responds to one of your listings?
What do you mean responds to one of your listings? Can you explain?
Morgan, Thanks for staffing your blog. We track every contact in the CRM. When we have an incoming inquiry on a listing, we respond on behalf of our agent. We load the new contact into the CRM, add them to a group for the listing and assign the agent to them as pending. Once accepted, the new contact is in the SWPRE Agent’s CRM.
If that same buyer agent contacts us about another listing of ours with a different agent, how should we handle in the CRM?
