Capture Contact Information

I have been creating youtube videos for over a year now, and now I intend to do instagram posts on a daily basis. One of the goals is to offer “Lead Magnets” so that if a buyer is interested in getting an “Arlington Buyers Guide” they can click on a page previously created so that it captures the lead contact information. Somehow that lead is tagged, or added to a group, so that they get added to an email campaign, or even better a “Speed to Lead” Action Plan.
This would be great not only for different offers in different platforms, but also for open houses, or events, where the STL Action plan can be specific for that event. Creating different offers for instagram for example one Reel offers a buyer guide, or a seller guide, or a relocation guide, or a winter/fall/summer/Spring guide to the city…
Is this possible? I think it would be incredibly powerful…

Hi @mplaza - This is definitely possible, once you have your CMS page set up, “Arlington Buyers Guide”, you just need to add a lead capture form to it. You can use the contact form for example, add it to your page by using the #form-contact# snippet, and finally on your STL action plan we have a section called “Automations” at the bottom of the page where you can set it to auto-assign the action plan on a specific form submission, in this example “Contact Form”:

The same is possible for campaigns by using the corresponding group - our CRM has predefined groups that are automatically assigned to leads depending on the form they submit, contact form being one of them:

Now all you have to do is add a link to your page on all your social media posts and if they submit the form they will be automatically assigned to your desired action plan and/or campaign! Let me know what you think! :slight_smile:
