Data sync issue with dialer in latest patch - caught, being corrected

I just wanted to share that in the first pass of upgrades this morning, we noticed that there seems to be a bit of a data sync error with respect to “conversations” when it comes to the “dialer” specifically.

We’ve paused the upgrade while we adjust the script so that data syncs up correctly - if you’re seeing weird reports on your report card (and you use the dialer) this is to be expected (right now) - and should resolve itself as soon as the team updates the script.

Likely be resolved by the end of the day. Should not have any lasting impact, it’s seems to be just a reporting issue.

Our team has narrowed down and fixed the data sync issue, we have resumed the upgrade process and expect to be done early next week!

Along with the dialer data sync fix, we have also adjusted the call duration for voicemails and conversations. Therefore, moving forward dialer calls will be mapped as follows:

  • Dialer calls under 2 mins = Voicemails
  • Dialer calls over 2 mins = Conversations
  • Dialer calls with no duration = Attempts
  • Failed dialer calls = Wrong Number
