Email to SMS - Not receiving texts of newly assigned leads

We are having trouble with email to SMS. We have all the notifications turned on but are not getting text messages when a new lead is assigned. We’ve also triple checked we have the right sms email address. What’s odd is if I send a text email to my sms email from my icloud account it goes through. But when I send from any of my 3 gmail accounts (2 personal accounts and 1 office) they do not go through.

Any thoughts?

I noticed this feature was not working well either, I think something may have changed related to email SMS texting. @REW.Michael @MattPinneo @FernandoOrtiz we need to test this.
