I wanted to ask about a specific workflow regarding lead notifications and speed-to-lead.
Current Setup:
- We allow users to register initially via Google One Tap (capturing email only).
- We have a rule set where, after viewing 5 listings, a popup requires them to enter a Phone Number to continue browsing.
The Issue: We are not receiving notifications when this phone number is submitted. Because the lead is already registered in the backend (from step 1), the system doesn’t trigger a standard “New Lead” alert when they update their profile with a phone number.
The Request: We need a way to trigger an immediate notification (Email or CRM alert) the moment that phone number form is successfully submitted. Our goal is to call the lead immediately while they are still active on the site. Without this alert, we miss the opportunity to connect at the moment of highest interest.
Has anyone achieved this via automation? Or is this something that can be added to the roadmap?
