Hello everyone! I’m Matt Franklin and I’m new to the REW platform. Super excited to be here and learn/grow with all of you. My journey in RE has been fun so far but tricky. I was building my pipeline and business in Atlanta during the pandemic when we(my fiancé, our 8 year old pitbull Penelope and myself) decided to take a break from the city. Vacationing on Amelia Island my whole life I knew that it would be an easy trip to plan so we made it happen. We came on a Thursday morning and by Saturday afternoon we were already planning our relocation here. What started as a quick getaway turned into a new beginning. We packed up and moved in late January. Spending the mornings walking on the beach and looking at life through a new lens has been amazing. I landed at an amazing boutique brokerage here on the island(Summer House Realty). We are top producing brokerage of 2021 so far in all of Nassau County. I truly feel I made the right decision.
As I was building out my new business plan, I knew I needed a solid front end/back end combination to drive lead generation and provide a landing spot for future clients. REW was the way to go.
