Hi everyone, thank you all for attending the webinar yesterday. It was amazing to get so much engagement!

Here are some of the questions that were raised and answered during the webinar.

Q: Can you send a personalized email to the entire database at once?
A: You can however there is a limit on the amount you can send, about 500 at a time. We recommend separating leads in Groups and sending a blast email that way.

Q: Can someone write the form letters and templates for us for emails?
A: Yes, we have a lot of pre-written form templates in the backend and we also have writing services at Real Estate Webmasters, or you can hire a third party. There are many options available to you.

Q: So we can blast email in the CRM, can you also blast text too?
A : You sure can! You can set up Action Plans which allow for text automation.

Q: Does texting tracking work with iphones?
A: We have texting built into the CRM. We only track texts if you send them through the CRM.

Q: Are there any training videos to learn more about Renaissance?
A: Our support team does have some training videos and documents! You can search for training videos in the Forum and check out our Youtube. You can also schedule some one-on-one training with your Customer Success Manager!
