Is there a support agent on here that can help me get an issue with my sitemap fixed? I originally reported it on April 25th @phan.john was working on it initially. I was told a fix would come on July 22nd per @aporter, but it hasn’t.
I sent another request a week ago and I’ve followed up twice, but still nothing back. Original request #472642. Thanks.
Hi Adam,
Our release that was targeted for July 22nd has been rescheduled to the week of August 5th. I checked with our Support team and they have been answering you, I am not sure why you aren’t receiving the responses, but I will have it investigated and rectified.
Once the release has been deployed to your site, I will let you know.
