I am helping a friend train a team in LA on the new REW CRM (they are beta testing Renaissance)

I thought I’d share some of the stuff I’m teaching them here in order to start a conversation about Smart Searches for the group.

So my question to you: For agents who are now (or new to the REW CRM) what would you set up for each of them in order to ensure they were successful with lead follow up?

Do you agree with my initial suggestions? What am I missing?
