Lincoln County Board Of REALTORS®
The Lincoln County Board of REALTORS® was formed in 1943 to provide real estate services to the public and enforce quality ethics and morals within the local real estate profession in order to protect the rights of buyers and sellers in the market. The board currently offers access to resources for agents and for the public, while supporting members through their MLS®, which helps members share home listings with other real estate professionals in Lincoln County.
LCBOR Resources
Members have access to a wide array of LCBOR resources and information that has been created to help them stay up to date in the technological transactions of today, and in the ever changing real estate environment. Online forms are on hand via the website, and monthly newsletters will keep members informed throughout the year. Members have access to designations and certifications, as well to the North Carolina Association of REALTORS® (NCAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
