Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS™ )

RMLS™ is the largest REALTOR®-owned MLS in the northwest United States, serving over 10,000 subscribers in more than 2,300 offices across Oregon and Southern Washington. RMLS™ began in 1991, and in 1996 released its first listings online. Today, RMLS™ has approximately 50 employees offering services in eleven offices located in Portland, Vancouver, Eugene, Florence, Grants Pass, Hood River, Hermiston, Roseburg, Coos Bay, Brookings and Salem.

RMLS™ features the RMLSweb System for use by REALTORS®, which includes a mapping program offering street-view, aerial and plat maps. The system is regularly updated by in-house programmers, with enhancements determined by subscriber requests and the RMLS™ Board of Directors.

The RMLS™ Board of Directors consists of seventeen REALTOR® subscribers to represent RMLS™ shareholders (Portland Metro Association of REALTORS®, Clark County Association of REALTORS®. amd East Metro Association of REALTORS®). In addition to the Board of Directors, a Service Advisory Committee (SAC) has been put in place to represent REALTOR® associations that are not shareholders.

RMLS™ Services

In addition to a database of over 1.4 million listings, 26,000 active listings and more than 2 million tax records, RMLS™ also provides the following services for members:

• RMLS™ Help Desk via phone or email
• Complimentary in-person training at RMLS™ offices and at subscriber offices
• Electronic lockbox and key card service, including a smartphone app to access lockboxes
• Free monthly newsletter, Market Action, offering market statistics
