Server Outage Reporting

If your site (server) is down and you want to alert the after-hours staff, please fill out this form with as much detail as possible.

• Please note that when you fill out this form, it will often wake our sysadmin from a peaceful slumber at his/her home, so please don't fill out this form unless your site is actually down, as confirmed by several page refreshes!
• This form should not be filled out during our business hours (6am-6pm PST on weekdays, 7am–3:30pm on weekends).
• During business hours, you can report the outage by phone at 1-877-753-9893.
