It seems like this isn’t actually a texting feature as we’ve always known it to be (we stopped receiving text notifications for new leads, lead replies, etc). Since we’re paying for the $60/month REW Text module, is this how it’s supposed to function? Seems pretty antiquated to just push notifications and email as a text as opposed to actually texting our phones like it used to. How do we get back to the good old fashioned texting (at least for new lead notifications if nothing else)? Our agents are very reliant on texting (as most people are) and emails have a tendency of getting overlooked. Please help!
