As many of you likely know, I’ve worked with many of the top industry coaches and many of them are also clients and friends.
I’ve been talking to them lately about potentially doing a group coaching program here at REW (would be paid ie you pay us a little bit, we pay them a lot) in order to bring massive, targeted (to our group) yet affordable coaching to our members.
Here’s my thinking:
Coaches are SUPER expensive 1-1 (as they should be, I spend hundreds of thousands of dollars in various academies and coaches per year for myself and it turns into millions of dollars in revenue)
However, because we have such a similar group in many ways (specifically top producing agents, teams, and brokerages + those aspiring to be) I can see a lot of value in a group coaching model.
So I’m thinking we could do it 1 to many academy style, so that would could make it more affordable for our customers to access the very best coaches in the industry. Maybe biweekly training (sometimes even weekly)
I’d mix in things similar to Aj’s awesome presentation last month on how to double your revenue by increases 3 levers or Jon Cheplak’s focus on consistency training. That sort of thing.
I would also like to do some training myself (for you guys) on how to maximize the REW CRM, setup killer campaigns, do SEO all that stuff that I love to do (and I’m quite good at)
I imagine tracks on:
Lead conversion (lead to sale)
ISA and building teams (or E-teams)
Cross channel marketing (imagine if we could get a @Garyashton or @JustinHavre to go over their cross-promotion strategies, that would be sick!)

Getting the most out of your teams
I think it could be huge!
Individually to hire all the best guys would be 10’s if not hundreds of thousands per month (I’m talking bringing in the best). But we have numbers and connections, so I’m thinking I just hire them and then charge x to the SAAS ($300-$500 a month for individuals, bigger prices for high volume teams and brokerages) that sort of thing
And in many cases, these guys are so busy, you can’t’ hire them directly.
What do you think? If we could do this for $300-$500 per month for the top coaches focused on highly relevant topics to the REW community, that would add massive value to your business and increase your bottom line, would you be in?
If I can get enough interest, I’m going to reach out to some folks and see if we can’t make this happen.
