AI and REW for lead conversion

Hello Morgan,
I am curious to know if you are still considering launching the AI feature to interact with the leads this month? We are really interested in trying this out
Candi

Hi Candi. I was talking to my account manager about the same thing as I was approached by a company offering the service. The bot is trainable, doesn’t slow your site down, and I tested it with some questions and it was actually pretty good, prior to training!

I think I would like to take the next step and explore integrating it.

Anyone have any pros or cons?

I this something REW are considering providing because of course I would prefer an REW version

Hello Candi,

I am not sure the exact thing you’re referencing when you say “interact with leads” - however, I can outline the features currently available using AI in our system, and then also some of the roadmap items that are still in exploration in R & D

Current AI - REWPert AI

A flyout, chatgpt enabled robot that allows you to type in prompts similar to chatgpt such as “write me a series of 5 folllow up emails for leads who register to look at homes in Nanaimo” or "suggest some topics and a structure for a new blog I want to write on ladysmith, and give me the output in HTML code and ensure SEO is considered.

Twillio AI Transcripts: Leveraging the REW Dialer (built on Twillio infrastructure) we now automatically produce transcripts for all calls using the dialer, which means the dialer now not only automatically tracks every call you make, the duration of that call, and the outcome of that call, but it is also your note taker and recording of every conversation. *Note, there was an issue with Twilio for a few weeks - we believe it’s been resolved, and this should now be working again.

AI Call Grading, Scoring and feedback. This is either in this month’s release or next (I have it already on my website and have been testing it for a while) - this leverages REW’s proprietary coaching methodologies (those developed through my coaching program and running my own local real estate team) and combines the output of the Twillio transcripts, with new Open AI tech to provide the grades and the coaching feedback.

That’s what we have “so far” for AI.

On the roadmap (no timeline just yet)

The ability for REWPert / Open AI - to “read” agent performance data (their calls, emails, texts and other usage behaviours) and report back to the agent or their team leader / broker on thier progress. Imagine a prompt like “tell me who my best agent was this week by call volume and who needs the most improvement.”

Suggested responses (AI) - I think this is what you’re talking about, but this is not a feature that has been developed (only contemplated) that is "read this email from my client, and automatically suggest a reply, or automatically reply to texts (That sort of thing) - it’s certainly on the docket, we just have a few things in front of it. In the meantime though, for those that have REWpert, you can simply copy paste into REWPert and ask him to do the same thing.

One other thing to explore (it’s not AI, but a lot of people get confused by the difference between “AI” (True artificial intelligence) and “Automations” - we have a hugely powerful Automations engine (if this, then do this) which can include automatic emails, and text sequences as well as things like push and text notifications to agents.

It’s quite a deep feature set, and well worth exploring.

Hope that helps

I was thinking more like automation with a lead registering and A.I responds ( speed to lead) and starts texting to communicate to ask questions, like prequalifiying the lead to set an appointment. Also, our team would be able to see the interaction so when the call is made, the agent can pick up where the A.I left off. Kind of like what the company Structurely does now and have this within and offered by REW

Yes that is what I was thinking too and what I was referring to in my comment above

@Morgan is this something REW may consider developing?
