Are you using REW CRM's Engagement Wheel?

If you’re using REW CRM, I’m curious, have you tried the Engagement Wheel on the lead details page?

It’s a really helpful tool that gives you a quick look of your agent tasks and lead activity. On the left side of the wheel, you’ll see the agent tasks: logging a call, recommending a listing, sending an email, and assigning the lead to an action plan. Each item turns from grey to full color once it’s completed, and there are quick action buttons so you can accomplish tasks without leaving the page.

On the right side, you’ll find key lead activities, like sending an inquiry, saving a listing, creating a saved search, and subscribing. These also update automatically as your lead engages with your site.

Using the Engagement Wheel is also a great way to get more familiar with the CRM by encouraging you to explore features like action plans and saved search.
