Is there a non-custom feature I can add to a community page or custom page of a slideshow of pictures that can be flipped through? Maybe of neighborhood amenities or if it’s a page for the city pictures/video of local points of attraction?
I don’t just want to add images in HTML for people to scroll down the page if possible

What you could use is the “Cover” page type and choose the slideshow option so you could add images that people could click through.
Using the “Cover” page type also allows you to use a video you upload to YouTube.
