We currently use Constant Contact for our monthly newsletter. Is there a way to do this via the dashboard? It features multiple different listings each month.
Personally, I would just use the blog to take advantage of keeping the user on the website. You can feature neighbourhoods with snippets, embed video re market stats and then refer to relevent pages on your site etc…
Not only showcases your listings, but it also provides valuable content that can help build trust with potential clients. I love the idea of embedding videos and using snippets to highlight neighborhoods.

I agree, mixing videos and snippets makes the page more engaging! It’s also a great way to show your expertise.
